Before you start posting, you have to send me a PM which says that you have read an understood the rules.
OOC rules
1a. No copyrighted characters will be accepted. Ie. you can not play as Dracula, Naruto, Sephiroth, or even a lesser seen character like a random character that was given a name.
2. Post a new character in the "character" forum in a new topic with your character's name. Someone will look at it and either tell you if you you are approved, or tell you it needs more work.
3. Do not get in fights out of character, this only leads to bad things like flaming. If you have a conflict with someone get a Mod or an Admin to help you settle it. You are allowed to fight in character.
4. In all RP posts a minimum of 50 words is appreciated. Honestly, 50 words is not too hard to write and it only adds to the experiences and gives others something to play off of. And please try not to write much more then 1.000 words per post. Or else it will be hell for people to read through it.
5. Speaking in any language besides English out of character is not allowed unless it is for a bit of fun. (If you can't speak English then you can't read this so I guess you'll end up posting and we'll have to translate this rule to you.) Sorry, but a lot of people are not bilingual and not understanding people can get very annoying. This also includes chat speak, unless its just a tiny bit for fun or something of the sort. [ie, saying something like 'Kawaii' instead of 'Cute', or greeting someone with 'Konnichi wa' is an exception. These are not the only ones, but don't make your whole post in a different language, or so much of it so no one can understand you.] And also no racially offensive comments or sexual harrasment or any of that sort, because if I hear about someone doing so, it is a one way ticket to "out of the forum and never come back".
6. No YouTube videos in your signature.

IC rules
1. Your character can only be one place at a time.
2. Don't ever powerplay.
3. If you character dies in a topic, by a miracle your character is revived and is ready to go again, but you cannot continue in the same topic you were in before.
4. Your account name must be the same as the name of your character.
5. Only one character per account.
6. With each titel rank increase you gain, your character is allowed 1 more spell.

This bit is here to help you with telling others about your IC topic. Let's start with the very basics.
[P] - If you write this is the start of the topic name, you show others that the topic is privat and only you and those whom you have invited can write in it.
[X] - This indicades that your topic contains extreme violence and gore.
[18+] - This indicades that the topic contains mature content.
If there is none of the above signs in your topic name, then anyone is free to join whenever they like.
More might be added later, but these are the most important markers.

The warning levels
If you do something really bad on the forums, or just manage to annoy one of the Admins/Mods then you shall be warned. Warnings will be publicly announced via the user title system. For instance instead of your title reading "member" it will read "Warn Level: [insert warn level here]".
The warn levels are as follows:
Warn Level: 1- You haven't done anything too terrible, probably just a few double posts or back talking to an Admin/Mod. While this isn't the end of the world, it is very annoying/disrespectful so you get a warning. There's no real consequence to this, other then being publicly mocked by all your forum friends for getting your user title changed, and your warning level will drop back down to normal in a few days. Think of this as "probation".
Warn Level: 2- This is worse then level 1 (duh) and you probably received this warning level for either:
A) Falling into bad habits and double posting/being disrespectful a second or third time after being warned once already after your warning level dropped back down to normal or for just simply spamming over and over.
B) Being a jerk/annoying while with a warning level of 1.
If you have a warn level of 2 you will be under close watch, and for the 12 days any continued offenses would mean a possible suspension for an unknown amout of time.
Warn Level: 3- This is pretty serious. If you have had a warn level of two before or currently have a warn level of 2 then you're eligible to receive a warn level of 3, for the same reasons as listed above. If you do receive this warn level then you will be unable to post for 5 days and your member title will tell the whole board of your status for the next three weeks.
Warn Level: 4- Again, you have to have had a warn level of 3 before to receive this level of warning. If you are warned to the 4th level you will be unable to post for the next 15 days and your member title will be "Warn Level: 4" for the next 6-8 weeks, depending on how you act after the warning.
Warn Level: 5- No one should ever get here, if you do, you are permanently banned.
